These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the php33 platform, website, games, and related services. By creating an account or using any part of php33, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in full.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Member," "Player") and php33 ("we," "us," "the Platform," "php33"). Acceptable documents include valid Philippine government-issued identification (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, Voter's ID, PRC ID). Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the period stipulated by php33 may result in suspension of the Account and withholding of balances pending completion of verification.
To access the full features of php33, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including a valid Philippine mobile number and a secure password. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to promptly update it if it changes.
Each individual may hold only one (1) php33 Account. Creating, operating, or knowingly using multiple accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms. php33 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any balances, winnings, or bonuses associated with them without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your php33 Account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) received via SMS. You must notify php33 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. php33 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain adequate account security.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise deal in your Account or any rights related thereto. Any attempted transfer shall be void and may result in immediate Account termination.
By using php33, you agree not to engage in, attempt, or facilitate any of the following prohibited activities:
php33 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any Account found to be engaging in prohibited activities, and to report such conduct to relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.
php33 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Payment method availability may change from time to time, and php33 reserves the right to add or remove payment options without prior notice.
All deposits are made in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount for standard payment methods is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.
GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your php33 Wallet instantly. Bank transfers via InstaPay are typically processed within one (1) business hour. 7-Eleven CLiQQ deposits are credited within thirty (30) minutes of successful in-store payment confirmation. php33 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
To be eligible for a withdrawal, you must have completed KYC verification, have no outstanding disputes on your Account, and have met any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds. Withdrawal requests involving bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be processed after the relevant requirements are satisfied.
Standard withdrawal requests to GCash are processed within ten (10) minutes for amounts up to ₱50,000. Larger withdrawals may require additional verification and may be processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. php33 processes withdrawals twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, including Philippine holidays.
Standard daily withdrawal limits apply to all Accounts. Higher limits may be available to VIP Members or upon request subject to enhanced verification. php33 reserves the right to conduct additional KYC checks for withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds.
Note: Withdrawals will only be processed to the payment method and account used for the original deposit where technically feasible. php33 may require matching of deposit and withdrawal payment methods to prevent fraud.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by php33 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be played through before it becomes withdrawable. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ₱10,000 in qualifying bets before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live casino bets may contribute at a different rate than slot bets.
php33 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome offers, using low-risk betting strategies solely to clear bonus wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. Detection of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and potential Account termination.

RNG systems are independently audited for fairness and compliance. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and are not guaranteed for any individual session.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure during a game session, php33 reserves the right to void the affected game round. Any wagers placed during a voided round will be refunded to the Player's Wallet. php33's decision regarding the resolution of technical malfunctions shall be final.
The result of a game round as recorded by php33's server logs shall be the authoritative record of game outcomes. In the event of any discrepancy between a Player's device display and the server record, the server record shall prevail.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, php33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service, or errors in game outcomes.
php33's aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ₱10,000, whichever is lower.
php33 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service failures, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform for which php33 shall not be held liable.
php33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory requirement, failure to complete KYC verification, or inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) months.
You may request closure of your php33 Account at any time by contacting php33 support. Upon verified request, your Account will be closed after any outstanding transactions are settled. Any remaining eligible balance will be refunded to your verified payment method within seven (7) business days, subject to completion of applicable KYC requirements.
Upon termination, your license to use the Platform is revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination shall continue in force, including but not limited to those relating to intellectual property, dispute resolution, and limitation of liability.
In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or any aspect of your Account, you must first contact php33's support team and allow php33 a reasonable period (not less than fourteen (14) days) to investigate and resolve the matter. php33's decision on all disputes relating to game outcomes shall be final and binding.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action or proceeding arising under or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
php33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, php33 will provide notice to Members via the Platform or by email to the registered address. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
